Bingo is a popular game and enjoyed by people of all ages. Although being played since many years, it has evolved in terms of types of games and variations. Bingo offers an opportunity to win exciting prizes and cash rewards along with spending time with friends and family. People prefer visiting a bingo hall as it gives the opportunity to make new friends, socialize and spend quality time.

We, at Texas Charity Bingo, organize various games and can help you improve your knowledge about the different versions of bingo games. Understanding the basics of bingo will make you ready to get the most out of your first gaming experience.

Some of the bingo games offered at our bingo halls are:

  1. Traditional Paper Card Bingo: In this, the player needs to purchase a pre-printed card consisting of 24 numbers printed in 5 columns and 5 rows. The middle space in each card is a ‘free cell’ along with certain security features such as verification and serial number.  The basic rule here is that the caller will draw a random number that the player needs to mark out in his card with the help of a dauber. Progressively, the one who is the first to demarcate all the numbers in a specific pattern is declared as the winner of the game. The prizes are decided before starting the game and with experience and luck you can try your luck at the jackpot.
  2. Electronic Bingo: This type of bingo is much similar to the paper card version of the game. The only difference here is that instead of a bingo card, the player has to mark out the numbers on a computer screen. The task of the player in this game is to punch the called out number on the keyboard. The computer will automatically scan all the cards and mark out the number wherever present. One advantage of electronic bingo over paper bingo is that it allows you to easily manage several cards at the same time.

In addition to the above-mentioned games, Texas Charity Bingo organizes themed bingo games on special occasions like Valentine’s Day, Thanksgiving, Halloween’s, New Year’s Eve, Easter etc. We also offer slow call bingo for the convenience of our players. To know more about our schedule of games, you can visit any of our bingo halls in Killeen, Copperas Cove, Bryan and Georgetown, TX.
